why Work With ME?

I’ve spent my life pushing limits — first in the military, then in fitness. From 2006 to 2011, I served in the Parachute Regiment and Special Forces, where strength, resilience, and discipline weren’t optional — they were the every-day expectation. That experience shaped not just how I train, but how I coach.

After leaving the military, I poured that same drive into fitness. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked as a Level 4 Personal Trainer and a CrossFit Level 3 Coach, opening and running multiple gyms along the way.

Alongside this, I’m now studying a BSc in Psychology — combining my background in physical coaching with a deeper understanding of the mind. Working with hundreds of people, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes, has taught me one thing above all: every client is different, and their needs come first.

My approach is holistic. Training isn’t just about lifting weights or hitting numbers — it’s about building strength that carries over into your everyday life. Whether that means more energy at work, being strong enough to keep up with your kids, or just feeling better in your own skin, my goal is to help you get there.

Busy, but strong. That’s not just a tagline — it’s the method I live by, and the coaching I deliver.
